Our Company

Criterium Engineers was established in 1957 to provide engineering reports on the condition of residential and commercial buildings. It was one of the first companies to offer such a service in the United States and has been a primary participant in the development of what is now a thriving national residential and commercial inspection industry.

Over the past several years, Criterium-Lalancette Engineers, from the tiny state of Vermont, has ranked as the third or fourth largest office in this national network. We have achieved this through our Raving Fans (by Ken Blanchard) philosophy and many years of consistent hard work on behalf of our clients. Satisfied clients are our number one source of referrals and repeat business.
